Return & Refund Policy

At Kadric Publishing, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, uncolored, undamaged, and in their original condition to qualify for a return. Because our products are printed books, we cannot accept returns of books that have been colored in, written in, or otherwise used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
